A global leader in the field of Information Technology services, with over 40,000 employees in 60 countries, had requirements for permanent IT staff to join their offices in the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland. e-Man Solutions was tasked with sourcing MCSE qualified, multilingual candidates to provide 2nd level IT Support to local on-site users. Through a successful campaign of advertising and referral generation, we generated a shortlist of 3 candidates per role. The client's IT and HR managers interviewed our selection of candidates and offered the roles to those they felt were the most suited. All candidates have settled well into their respective teams and are providing an excellent level of support to the users. One of them has already been promoted within 6 months of joining!
