e-Man Solutions was approached by a global Chemicals company, employing 30,000 people in 50 countries, with an annual turnover of approximately €10 billion. The client had been trying to rollout ERP – Epicor iScala to affiliates in 20 countries. The client had been searching for 3 months to find a high-level Project Manager to lead the rollout programme, but had been unsuccessful in finding a suitable candidate with the depth of experience required. After consulting e-Man Solutions, within a period of 7 days we produced a shortlist of our 3 best candidates in Europe, whom the client interviewed. Of the 3 candidates interviewed, the client felt 2 were able to undertake the role. Their preferred choice was offered the role and joined the client the following month. The candidate successfully rolled out iScala to the larger affiliates and the client was impressed with the quality of service provided and has committed to approaching e-Man Solutions as soon as they need a specialist resource.
